With Prepaid Toll-Free Dialup you buy 10 hours of dialup time that you can use any time over 365 days. There are not setup fees or monthly subscription fees. This makes it a prefect choice for users who occasionally need dialup access. You will be dialing to a toll free number, avoiding phone charges and complicated dialup software setups.

Why should I use it?
Prepaid Toll-Free dialup can be used while you travel or as a backup to your main ISP when access is not available. There are no monthly charges and access is avialbe from anywhere in the US and Canada. By using a toll free access numbers you will avoid phone charges from hotels.

Because there are no monthly fees you do not need to cancel. You are in control of your account. If you decide not to add time to your account we will not bill you.

How does your cost measure up?
We have the best pricing option available. You only pay $28.95 for 10 hours for dialup time good for 365 days. Other providers will bill you a monthly fee and on top of that $5 per hour to use their Toll-Free access number. With us you only pay for the time you actualy use at 4.8 cents per minute.

Can I use the service internationally?
No. The toll free number is available only from the US and Canada. You can use http://www.budgetdialup.com if you need international access. We have local access numbers in over 45 countries. To learn more about locations and rates, visit the Access Numbers pages.

Do you offer WiFi (HotSpots) service?
Currently, we do not provide WiFi access. We suggest that you connect to the Internet and use Google to search for WiFi providers.

How much does the service cost? What plans do you offer?
The cost of using our service will vary from user to user. 10 hours of Toll-Free Dialup cost $28.95 and the time is good for 365 days. Some users may purchase our 10 hours Rollover plan and have access for few months or a full year. Others will use the time in a day.

Are you going to automatically bill me?
No. You are in control of your spending. Our service works like a prepaid calling card. You buy a block of time and you can use the service as long as you have time in your account. You will decide if you want to add more time to your account and when you want to do that.
We have an option for automatic billing that you can enable on your account. By using this option we will add time to your account when your current plan is about to expire.

What happens if I run out of time?
You can buy more time. You can add time to your account, even it you are completely out of time. If you have an alternate connection to the Internet, you can go to the Member Site and add time to your account from there. If you have no means of connecting to the Internet, you can add time by calling our toll free support number at 1 866 644 6500.
Note that if you are connected to the Internet while you run out of time, you will be disconnected. You must have time in your account to connect to the Internet. In general, it’s best to add time to your account before you run out of time.

How will I know how much time I have left?
You can visit the "My Account" section of the member site and view your account balance as well as a detailed list of your purchase and call histories.
In addition, we will send an email notification warning you if you account balance has less than 3 hours in it or if your plan is going to expire in the next 7 days.

How does the expiration work? When will the plan begin and when will it end?
For your first plan, the plan will begin on the day you purchase the plan. When adding time, the new plan will begin after you have used up all of the time in your current plan. For example, let's say you have been using a 10 hours Rollover Plan (this is your Current Plan). Then, as you are nearing the end of the plan, you decide to purchase another 10 hours plan. The second 10 hours plan expiration period will not begin until after you have used up all of the time in your first 10 hours plan.

Are there any commitments or obligations?
No. If you no longer wish to use the service, simply stop using it. Any unused time will simply expire.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with the service. If you are not satisfied, just let us know and we will give you a refund. However, we will not provide partial refunds or refunds for accounts that have been completely used.

What happens if I run out of time? Will I still be able to get my email?
Yes. You will be able to access your email for up to 45 days after the time in your account expires. After 45 days, we will suspend the account and delete everything in your mail box. If you later add time to your account, you will again be able to use the email address but you will not have access to anything that had previously been deleted.

Can I send/receive email from another provider while connected with your service?
Yes. Depending on your email provider's settings, you may need to use our outgoing mail server to send mail when you are connected with our service. This is required by most email providers as a security measure. The change is simple to make and is unnoticeable to anyone receiving your email. Our outgoing mail server is smtp.bdumail.com

Yes, as long as you have data service enabled with your wireless provider. If you are not sure whether you have data service enabled, check with your provider first; many providers will charge extra for this service.

Yes. You can use the same account on as many systems as you'd like. You will not need to buy multiple accounts. Note that only one system can be connected to the Internet at a time (no simultaneous log-ins).
